I am based in Royston, Hertfordshire, however, due to working remotely, I work with clients all over the UK and even have some clients in Europe and the US.

Working with someone on a remote basis is much the same as working with someone in person. The only difference being that your not both in the same room together. There needs to be clear expectations and regular communication between both parties. I use email as my main communication method, supported with calls via Zoom, text, and phone as needed. I work as best I can to meet each individual client's needs. All clients are asked to read and accept my terms and conditions prior to working together.

Depending on the service you require, one of my team may carry out part of the service. They are all highly qualified and experienced in their specialist areas, and are people I trust with aspects of my own business. I will still oversee all aspects and be your point of contact. If you are going to be working with more than just me this will be discussed with you prior to beginning working together. 

I accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal.
